Willowbank Wildlife Reserve opens at 9.30 a.m. and closes at dusk every day. Guided tours only through Natural New Zealand area from 5.30 p.m. daily.

Closed: Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.

Adult: 15 years old and over. Child: 5 years - 14 years inclusive. Seniors 65 and over, students (with ID) 15 years and over.

Please contact us  for family rates for Kotane+Reserve Entry Package. Family rates are not available for online booking.

Prices are in New Zealand Dollars, inclusive of GST and valid from 01 October 2009 to 30 September 2010. Rates are subject to booking availability and confirmation.

Cancellations: Any cancellations that are made within 24 hours of a booking will be charged 50% to 100%, dependent on length of notice given.
